Terms of use
These terms explain the basic rules for using MOKH. Effective September 10, 2026.
Using MOKH
You may use MOKH only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the permissions granted to your account and workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the actions you approve, and the people you invite.
Accounts and access
Keep account credentials secure and do not share access in a way that bypasses workspace permissions. Workspace owners and administrators may control roles, connected services and access to business information.
Connected services
MOKH may connect to third-party services such as email providers. Those services remain governed by their own terms and availability. Connecting a service authorizes MOKH to use only the permissions you approve for the product functions shown to you.
Human approval and automation
MOKH can recommend actions, draft content and organize workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing consequential outputs before they are sent, accepted or relied upon. Automated recommendations are operational assistance, not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of business content you provide. You grant MOKH the limited rights needed to process, store and transmit that content in order to operate the service and the features you choose to use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use MOKH to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights or contractual obligations.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, permissions, rate limits or access controls.
- Do not upload malicious code or intentionally disrupt the service.
- Do not use another person’s account without authorization.
Service availability
We work to keep MOKH reliable, but features may change, be suspended or depend on third-party systems. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Ending use
You may stop using MOKH at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated when required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, abuse or material breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
