This notice explains how MOKH handles account, workspace and connected-service data. Effective September 11, 2026.

Information MOKH processes

MOKH processes information you provide to create an account or workspace, business records you enter, activity needed to operate workflows, and technical information required to keep the service secure and reliable.

Google user data

If you explicitly connect a Google account, MOKH requests only the Google permissions needed for the connected workflows you choose. This can include reading Gmail message content and metadata so customer conversations can appear in MOKH Inbox, sending Gmail messages that are approved through MOKH workflows, checking Google Calendar free/busy availability, and creating a confirmed site-visit calendar event when you complete that scheduling workflow.

MOKH stores the authorization information needed to maintain the connection and may store or process relevant message, scheduling and business context so those requested features can operate and preserve an auditable business history. Google user data is not used to enable unrelated advertising or sold to third parties.

MOKH's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Connected email

If you connect an email account, MOKH uses the permissions you approve to support the features you choose, such as showing relevant conversations, reading message context for business workflow, and sending replies that you approve. MOKH does not need access to an email account unless you explicitly connect it.

Why information is used

  • Provide and secure your account and workspaces.
  • Display conversations, customers, opportunities, tasks and projects.
  • Generate operational recommendations and drafts from available business context.
  • Deliver actions you explicitly approve, such as sending a message or confirming a site visit.
  • Diagnose reliability, security and product issues.

Human control

MOKH is designed so that sensitive workflow changes and outbound communications can remain subject to human review. Generated suggestions may be edited before use.

Service providers

MOKH may rely on infrastructure, authentication, database, email-delivery, hosting and analytics providers to operate the service. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for the service they perform and are subject to their own contractual and security obligations.

Sharing and sale

MOKH does not sell your personal information or Google user data. Business information may be shared with people you authorize inside a workspace or with service providers needed to operate requested features. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention, deletion and disconnection

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve business history where applicable, meet legal obligations and maintain security. You may request account or data deletion, subject to legal, contractual and legitimate record-retention requirements. You can disconnect a Google mailbox in MOKH Settings or revoke MOKH access from your Google Account. Revoking access stops future Google API access for that connection but does not automatically erase business records that must be retained for legitimate or legal purposes.

Your choices

You can choose what information to enter, which people to invite and which external services to connect. Connecting Google is optional; features that depend on Gmail or Calendar will be unavailable when Google is not connected.

Security

MOKH uses access controls and other technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their devices and credentials.

Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice as MOKH evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
